A care plan can include hosting: we host the site for you, your domain stays in your name, and you can take the site with you any time.
An update is text, a photo, hours or a link on your launched site. New pages and features are a change order.

Step 1 of 6 · Due: Nothing yet
The proposal sets the price, what's included and the dates. It is the agreement, and nothing is due until you sign it.
Who does what: We write it. You read it and sign.
Step 2 of 6 · Due: Half the price
The deposit starts the build and holds your start date. It is non-refundable, apart from the exceptions in your signed agreement.
Who does what: You pay it. We send the list of what we need: logo, photos, hours, service area and notes.
Step 3 of 6 · Due: Nothing
We design and build every page, phone first, from your logo, photos and notes.
Who does what: We build. You send the words and photos.
Step 4 of 6 · Due: Nothing
Your draft opens on a private review page. Pin comments, ask for changes within your package's revision rounds, and approve each page.
Who does what: You review. We make the changes.
Step 5 of 6 · Due: The other half
The second half is due before launch.
Who does what: You pay it. We get the launch ready.
Step 6 of 6 · Due: Nothing more
The site goes live, and your domain always stays in your name. Your fix window starts that day.
Who does what: We connect your domain, then hand the site off to your own hosting account or host it for you on a care plan. The site is yours.
You supply the logo, photos and notes. Nothing is billed by the hour.
Yes. Your domain always stays in your name. Host the site in your own account, or let us host it on a care plan, and take it with you any time.
Each package lists a typical timeline. Most of the time goes into your review, and how soon the words and photos arrive.
Choose Something else on the quote page and we'll quote it from the same menu, in writing.
Yes. An extra page is $125, added in writing as a fixed-price change order and paid before the work starts.
No one can promise that. Every site ships with the Google basics, and it loads fast on phones, which helps.
No. You can choose a video call on Zoom, an in-person meeting, or working entirely by email and messages. Your project gets the same care whichever you choose.
We meet clients in San Antonio, Boerne, New Braunfels, and Schertz, at your business or another convenient spot. Meetings are by appointment.
Yes. Se habla español. We are happy to work with you in English or Spanish.
What we put in writing, as our Terms say it. If anything here differs from your signed agreement, the agreement wins.
What we don't promise: search rankings, leads or sales.
