Our promises

What we put in writing, as our Terms say it. If anything here differs from your signed agreement, the agreement wins.

A fixed price, in writing. Your proposal sets the price, what's included and the dates. Nothing is billed by the hour.
You approve the design before launch. We launch only after you approve the site and your final payment clears.
The revision rounds your package lists. You send your changes as one list and we make them together.
A fix window after launch. For the days your package lists, we correct anything that doesn't match the agreed scope, at no extra charge.
Your domain stays in your name. Host the site in your own account, or let us host it on a care plan, and take it with you any time.
Care plans are month to month. They are optional and offered after launch.

What we don't promise: search rankings, leads or sales.

Do I own the website?

Yes. Your domain always stays in your name. Host the site in your own account, or let us host it on a care plan, and take it with you any time.

How long does it take?

Each package lists a typical timeline. Most of the time goes into your review, and how soon the words and photos arrive.

Will it get me to the top of Google?

No one can promise that. Every site ships with the Google basics, and it loads fast on phones, which helps.

Do we have to meet in person?

No. You can choose a video call on Zoom, an in-person meeting, or working entirely by email and messages. Your project gets the same care whichever you choose.

Where do you meet in person?

We meet clients in San Antonio, Boerne, New Braunfels, and Schertz, at your business or another convenient spot. Meetings are by appointment.
